What Clients Say?
Here are testimonials from clients.
At Techtendencias, we believe it is important to handle our customers' personal data responsibly. We therefore always adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when processing personal data. In this privacy policy, we explain how we do this.
First of all, we only use the data we receive from you for the intended purpose. This way, you can count on us never passing on your data to third parties without asking. And you will not receive our newsletters if you happened to call with a question.
At Techtendencias we work with personal and business clients. In addition to general business data, we also store our clients' contact details, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers and positions.
We need this contact information for as long as you are a customer with us. Even after you have terminated the agreement with Techtendencias, this data may still be stored, for example in connection with legal retention periods for contracts, invoices or other official documents.
When you contact us by email or telephone, we ask for information to be able to answer your question or to contact you. We store your name, company name, email address and/or telephone number until we have processed your question, after which we immediately delete this information from our system. If our contact leads to a (possible) order, the policy as described under 'Customers' applies.
We send newsletters regularly, maximum one per month. In our newsletter we share information about our work, trends and developments in our field, blogs and news items. You will only receive our newsletter if you have registered with your name and email address.
To keep our newsletters relevant, we keep track of whether and what you and other readers click through when you open our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time; at the bottom of each newsletter you will find an unsubscribe option.
To measure visits to our website, we use cookies. These are small files that are stored in the browser or memory of your computer or other device. This is important for the proper functioning of our website.
We also use cookies to gain insight into how our website is used, so that we can improve it.
Targeting or advertising cookies may be used on some pages, they are placed by other parties such as Mailchimp or Google (YouTube). These cookies help us to reach the right target group with the right message and prevent you from seeing the same advertisements over and over again.
When you visit our website for the first time, you will receive a cookie notification. You can adjust your preferences via the settings of your browser. It is good to realize that by blocking our cookies, certain functions and pages on our website may not work or not be displayed correctly.
We keep track of how many visitors our website has and how they behave on our website by means of Google Analytics (for example which pages they visit, via which entrance and how long they stay there). This is done in a privacy-friendly way where website visits are registered anonymously. To gain more insight into how visitors behave on our website, we also use Hotjar, for example with heat maps and recording sessions.
To better reach our target group, we use the advertising options of Google Analytics. We use Google advertising cookies for this. We use this to enable certain functions in the Google Display Network for products such as AdWords, such as remarketing or retargeting. More information about how Google uses advertising cookies can be found on their website .
When we are sure that we no longer need your data, we will delete it from our system. Here are the main retention periods:
• Contact by email form, email, mail or telephone: as soon as your question has been dealt with, we will delete your data.
• Newsletter: we store your name and email address until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.
• Google Analytics: Data about website visits is stored as long as we have an agreement with Google Analytics.
• Applications: we will retain your data for 4 weeks after the closing date (and for a maximum of one year if we have mutually agreed on this).
Of course, good security of our systems is very important. That is why we use the recommended security measures. If, despite our efforts, personal data is obtained, or we suspect that the risk has been great, we will inform all those involved as soon as possible.
If you want to change your data, view your saved data or have a complaint or question about how Techtendencias processes your data, please contact us at .... or send an email to ...
In the future, we may make changes to our privacy policy. In that case, we will of course also include these changes in this privacy statement. At the bottom of this page you will find the most recent date on which we made changes.
